Sometimes you need an extra special diaper cover for an extra special occasion. Tartan covers are meant primarily for formal occasions, because the outer wool fabric is not machine washable. The Tartan Fuzbomb cover, like all Fuzbaby diaper covers, is cut to fit over a cloth diaper. In our Diaper Art Gallery, you can see Daddy and baby in their (sort of) matching kilts.

The tartan Fuzbomb diaper cover is made of 100% wool inside and out. When the customer chooses a tartan, we import the fabric from Scotland. The inner layer is the same as our regular Fuzbomb covers.
The outer body of the cover is fine, lightweight wool tartan. Inside is natural, undyed fulled wool. The trim is chosen to match as closely as possible to give the cover a crisp, formal appearance.
Gussets are soft wool knit against chubby baby legs.
A double layer of wool has a practical purpose. The cover still breathes, but the undyed wool protects the outer layer from leaks.
